Here is a quick sketch of one of the factories I saw today.
I drive by factories everyday - on my way to work or home -or anywhere I want to go. There are people everywhere, making the stuff I need. I want to know how everything is made.
I am starting a Factory series, it has been on my mind for a while...

The Lavatory...
The Lavatory is a group of images based on the most important room in a modern house - the bathroom. I grew up in a house with four people and one Bathroom. The place I live now has one bathroom for each resident (I live alone).
I spent the productive time available to me today working on updating my website. I had neglected it for quite some time and it was not something I would have shown to many people. It got a serious facelift and is now more than presentable. Take a look.
I will do a better job of keeping it upto date.

Jail
This is an linoleum block print called "Jail". It was made while my best friend was in prison. He made a series a stupid mistakes and they caught up with him.
I used to feel like I was in Prison, but I don't anymore. I felt trapped and unable to produce the art I thought I was capable of making. I felt unable to challenge myself to go where I needed to go. I don't feel that way right now and I don't want to feel that way ever again.
Memo to myself...
Greetings & Welcome.
This is an experiment to see how productive I can be. I will post my artwork here and perhaps later some of my writing. I have written a story called "The Last Monkey" and I am currently illustrating it. I will put up some images, give myself deadlines and try to be focused enough to paint, too.
Let's see how I do.
